In November of 2009 Google Street View added several images from from Hawaii provided in cooperation with the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau:
Google Street View is a feature of Google Maps and Google Eart that provides 360 degree horizontal and 290 degree vertical panoramic views from a row of positions along a street, usually one position every 10 or 20 meters, from a height of about 2.5 meters. Google Street View was launched in may of 2007 and gradually more and more countries, cities, and streets have been added. For more information see
