agreement to purchase the former Maui Inter-Continental Resort
from its owner Ml Hotel Limited Partnership. The oceanfront
resort will be renamed the Outrigger Wailea Resort.
Outrigger previously announced an agreement to manage
the property effective February 1,1999.
